Grounding: A Yoga Experience

Join Yoga teacher Tessa Murray and singer songwriter Nicole Holkestad for a 90 minute practice. Throughout the class Nicole will play original songs and covers while we focus on hips and forward folds. As we transition into spring it important to have a clear vision of what you want to cultivate and manifest.
Through focusing on forward folds we move our attention inward and opening the hips create space in the body and opportunity to let go of any limitations that hold us back. When we create and design our space, both internal and external, we don’t need to rely on sheer will power to make change. This introspective class will offer the environment to dissolve expectations and limitations leaving you feeling at ease body, mind, and spirit.
