The Foundations of Yoga: A 6 week series focusing on building the foundation of a safe and effective yoga practice. This series will provide the details for safe alignment, safe transitions, and use of breath with space for you to ask questions. While this series will be great for the beginner, it's also beneficial for those who wish to strengthen the foundation of their practice. Classes will be 75 mins. Thursdays from 6:45pm - 8:00pm.
